Asian American Journalists Association Member Sharon Tay Winning Journalist and Entertainment TV Anchor Award. She is an American Journalist and Former Host of Two Programs with MSNBC Network.
She Was Born In Singapore and Raised in Connecticut and Bachelor of Science Degree in Broadcast Journalism and a minor in International Relations From University Of Boston. She Became an anchor and producer of a week end show.

She is an award-winning journalist and entertainment TV anchor. She formerly hosted two MSNBC programs, MSNBC at the Movies and MSNBC Entertainment Hot List. Her first big break was in Boston, where she wrote and produced a weekend news show.She worked in LA at KTLA-5 in the mid-'90s as a general assignment reporter, then she was a weekend anchor and ended up an anchor for the early morning news on the network. She was there until 2004, when she left for the job at MSNBC.
The shows at MSNBC were ultimately canceled, and didn't do much until she was picked up by KCBS2, where she anchors the 5, 6, and 11pm bulletins on the weekends. Tay has also been seen on the TV show Las Vegas, playing the part of a reporter, and also in Independence Day and Eagle Eye.
She is also a member of the Asian American Journalists Association and the official spokesperson for The Directors Edge, a product line of Romar Entertainment.
